LAUNDRY & PRESSING SERVICE 
Terms & Conditions
- Please don't put laundry outside the door. Guest must sign the list, otherwise hotel count will be considered correct.
- Guest must check the items condition prior to be sent to the laundry including items left in the pocket type of fabric or materials, as well as cleaning instructions.
- Laundry collected before 10.00 AM will be returned by 6 PM
- Laundry collected after 10.00 AM will be returned by 6 PM the next day
- Laundry received between 10.00 AM – 12.00 Noon and requested to be delivered on the same day, will be considered as an express laundry and charged 100% extra.
- The laundry is not responsible for colors running or fading, shrinkage, loss or damage button and buckles.
- In case of loss, damage of the garment in laundry, we will be responsible for a sum not exceeding 5 times the cleaning charge of the garment.
- Kindly do not pay cash while receiving the laundry. The charges will be posted to your room bill.
- Guests are requested not to leave the laundry outside the room. Our room attendants will be happy to assist you.

TATTOO TEARS
How much more could your new or temporary tattoo cost you? It can stain the linens, towels and other hotel property permanently. Hair color, fruits (dragon fruit & mangosteen), some sunscreen, body tanning and other body products which contain oil, color and active ingredients may also cause permanent staining. Replacement cost will be charged to your room bill should any stains not be removable.

The hotel is equipped with comprehensive safety equipment. Should evacuation be necessary, please leave your room, taking your room key card with you and do not use the elevator. Further details outlining safety measures and procedures can be found in the Guest Safety section of this directory. We encourage all our guests to review this information upon check -in.
GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Swiss-Belinn Legian is equipped with comprehensive safety equipment and our staffs are trained to respond to any emergency situation. In the interest of your safety and comfort, we kindly ask that all guests spare a few moments to read the emergency procedures outlined in this section.
There are smoke detectors in all areas of the hotel including guest rooms. The hotel is equipped with alarm terminals which are monitored 24 hours a day. Guests are encouraged to check the nearest location of exits, alarm terminals, fire extinguishers and hose reels. Guest should also study the lay out of their room, count the number of doorways between your rooms and note at least 2 emergency exits or 2 escape routes from your room. Check the controls of your air conditioning unit and note how to switch it off.
PREVENTION
Do not use cooking appliances in your room. Do not smoke in bed, extinguish all smoke materials before you leave the room or retire for the evening. Do not throw smoking materials or empty ash tray in waste paper baskets.
IN THE EVENT OF FIRE
Should you find the fire in your room, stay calm, switch off the air conditioner and close the door behind you to prevent the spread of fire. Do not stop to take any other possessions. Locate the nearest fire alarm box and activate the alarm or contact the operator, give your name and location (room number). Leave the room and hotel building immediately and carry your room key when you evacuate.
Do not use the elevators in the event of fire or emergency situation, use the emergency exit staircase instead.
