Cooking Class and Traditional Market Tour by Swiss-Belinn Legian


Swiss-Belinn Legian has continued their signature program for in-house guests and outside customers with the “Cooking Class and Traditional Market Tour”.

Starting with a Market Tour at Legian Traditional Markets from 8 am to offer different experiences to all guests so they can feel the atmosphere of the kitchen team in preparing daily foods within the hotel.

The recent event was successfully done in BaReLo and included Mr. Steven Pietsch from Australia and four members of his family on Friday, July 7th, 2017.


“Our Guest Mr. Steven Pietsch was very happy with this new experience, for its uniqueness and can be replicated at home without any hi-standrd or professional kicthen equipment.  Mr. Pietsch enjoyed all the fresh items available at the market offered at very low prices compared to the same items in Australia.  He was so excited to recommend this activity to his colleagues in his home-country.  I hope to see him again joining our next event and staying in our hotel.  It is worth noting he joined this class even though he wasn’t staying with us” – said Chef Mustika.

This event is regularly held by Swiss-Belinn Legian and conducted by the Executive Chef - Mustika, starting with preparation, guiding guests on how to cook their favorite dishes, snacks, and finally trying to master the most common foods prepared by the Chef, at Rp 450,000++ /person with minimum 2 person.  This package includes a certificate, ingredients of the food, Lunch and photograph during the activities.
